Terms and Conditions — PKR998 Platform Rules & Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pkr998 platform — including the website at pkr998.onl, the Casino section, Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Bingo or the Game Lobby — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr998.

2. Eligibility

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid payment method. This information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during the account verification process.

• Depositing funds that are not your own, or that have been obtained through fraudulent means, is prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to authorities.
• pkr998 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Dormant accounts (accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity processing fee. You will receive prior notice before any such fee is applied.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on pkr998 can be submitted at any time from the Cashier section of your account. All withdrawals are subject to completion of the pkr998 identity verification process. First-time withdrawal requests will be processed only after KYC verification has been successfully completed.

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering requirements. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions take precedence except where explicitly stated otherwise.

pkr998 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all electronic games. The outcome of all RNG games is independently determined and cannot be influenced by pkr998 or any player.
